Polish stocks closed higher on Friday, with the WIG30 index rising 0.66%, reaching a new three-month high. The increase was driven by strong performances in the Basic Materials, Media, and Information Technology sectors. Leading the gains on the WIG30 were KGHM Polska Miedz SA, which surged 3.37%, Asseco Poland SA, which climbed 3.28%, and BUDIMEX SA, which rose 2.95%. On the downside, CD PROJEKT SA, CCC SA, and Dino Polska SA saw declines. Overall, advancing stocks outnumbered decliners on the Warsaw Stock Exchange by 268 to 244, with 109 remaining unchanged.
