Retaliation Plan Includes:

- 30% levy on US agricultural exports
- Restrictions on American cloud services
- Fast-tracked digital tax proposal
“This isn’t 2018 – Europe won’t back down this time,” warned an EU trade official speaking anonymously. The measures could be implemented as early as next week if negotiations fail.
